Raised in Minnesota, upon graduating from high school in 1985 Jaymie headed west and never left.  In 1990 he graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance Option.  After a short stint in Denver, where he worked for an investment banking firm, Jaymie followed Kristen, his Missoula-raised college sweetheart and now his wife, back to Missoula to attend law school, graduating in 1995.  Jaymie is President of Boone Karlberg P.C., where he has been practicing law in the areas of real estate, business formation and planning, and commercial transactions, since 1999.  Jaymie’s accolades and awards include an AV Preeminent rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and listing on the Best Lawyers in America. Jaymie will be teaching Legal Forum Update class.

John Parker grew up in Northwest Indiana and, after graduating high school, joined the U.S. Air Force, later serving in the Air Force Reserves. During his time in the military, he met his wife and best friend, Teresa. Together they have lived in Indiana, Europe, South Dakota, and now Montana — the state they proudly call home.

While stationed in Germany, John earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Supervision from the University of Maryland, European Division. After returning stateside, John and Teresa were stationed in Rapid City, SD. It was there, John transitioned from government service into sales, beginning a 19-year career with a local company. He advanced through roles including Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Vice President of Training and Recruiting.

Following that, John served as Director of Human Resources for a Montana-based company. These combined experiences — in sales leadership, human resources, and the military — shaped the dynamic leadership and sales training programs he now delivers to organizations across industries.

In January 2020, John and his daughter, Jordan, launched People 1st with a mission to “change the world, one heart at a time.”

John’s personal mission statement reflects his approach to life and work:
